Smoking Triggers Planning

Now it's time to do some smoking triggersDevelop a Plan planning. This is where you will get specific about what coping methods you will use for your triggers. This is the "meat" of your quitting plan so don't just breeze through this section without some serious thought.

Use the Smoking Triggers sheet and Coping Methods sheet that you've already filled out. Add more ideas if they come to mind. Finally, rate the level of difficulty for each trigger on a scale of 1-10, 10 being very difficult. This will help you in deciding what and how many coping methods you might need.
