It's important to recognize how your body responds to stress. Here are some examples of symptoms that may be related to stress.
  • Upset stomach
  • Tight shoulders
  • Anxiety
  • Poor concentration
  • Irritability
  • Getting sick often
  • Headaches
  • High blood pressure
  • Back pain
  • Loss of appetite
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Diarrhea or constipation
