Now is the time to start identifying the smoking triggers that can cause an urge for you to light up a cigarette. We'll start with some common ones - circle the one's that apply to you. Push yourself to exhaust the possible triggers you have. You'll be using this as the foundation for your triggers management plan. - Waking up in the morning

- During meeting breaks
- When out at a restaurant or bar

- When anything stressful happens
- When you are with others who smoke
- After you eat
- When drinking alcohol
